“As a longtime friend and beneficiary of Lori Ann's advice and wisdom, I've had the privilege of visiting her farm and enjoying many of the meats, fruits and vegetables she grows. The flavors are so much more that what we all get at a traditional grocery store. She's a great example of how a rich and diverse poly-cultural farm is worth the money. Sign up for her email list.  Take a visit to her farm and see (and taste!) for yourself.”

Whole/Half Grass-fed Lamb

“After our youngest child began suffering from food allergies, we began producing more of our own food for his benefit.   To our delight, he thrived, we all felt better, and our customers benefitted, too.”

Pork bellies

“Camas got in touch and later sent me Ethan's pate handout, which I'd misplaced, a repeat of her duck insights, and a really delightful write up of making a big batch. That last one still has me laughing. She routed her response into email - that made sense as she was replacing class handouts.  Today another person responded, recommending the recipe of one of my go-to cooks, J Child. ”

“Thanx to everyone that responded to my question. It really is nice when one is mentally over complicating the problem and someone pops up with some simple solution. Best advice was to put it in a container with frozen ice bags and let it sit there for three days and check how it went. At worst I will have some thawed meat to eat. Then I will know if I can ship 3day... .simple.
Thank youRandy”
